Our agency performs audit and creation of interfaces to streamline your data. Application Programming Interface Facilitate sharing your information between your professional applications with API integration. Data linking, a secure and custom solution for your business. REST GraphQL CRM E-commerce Solutions API What is an API? An API represents a programming interface designed to facilitate communication between different applications. This IT solution acts as a connector between two software components to allow them to share and exchange data securely. An API allows integrating data or features from one application into another and leveraging its characteristics. Rather than creating new software, the API uses the existing program. In your business, using two distinct software may sometimes require an identical customer database. Integrating a custom API solution will facilitate updating and synchronizing information between these applications. Thanks to our expertise in web technologies, we are able to design custom APIs adapted to your professional needs. Customization As custom solution developers, we have the necessary skills to create specific connectors for the applications you use. Whether to improve their features or facilitate data exchange with your partners, we design and integrate the corresponding API. Improvement We also have the capacity to implement existing APIs in your software to enrich their features and facilitate their use. Implementation Our goal is to connect your business tools to simplify your daily professional life and save you time! Objective Application Programming Interface they trust us for a long time API Integration API integration is relevant for any business that uses professional software and wants to improve its efficiency. Our custom approach meets the constant flexibility needs of businesses. Depending on your industry, our developers design APIs to: Transmit data to external software or sites. This feature ensures that information always remains up-to-date and available for exploitation. Share with your collaborators certain services they can use. These features can be transparently integrated into an external application or website, for example. Modernize your business, as application program interfaces allow access to external services while enriching your own system. Ensure communication between two applications that don't use the same technology. What are the advantages of an API? Interfacing APIs facilitate structured data transmission through a fluid connection between different software. Security Data exchanges are controlled and secured. It's possible to restrict API access through password use to monitor the number of connections and identify their origin. Efficiency Our developers can integrate pre-existing solutions into other software thanks to APIs, avoiding creating new ones. These connectors save time and execution for your business. Time optimization Information from applications is interconnected and synchronizes between them. This process simplification represents a benefit in terms of operational efficiency for your business. For example, you no longer need to manually enter data in each application. It's a real time saver for your teams who can focus on higher value-added tasks. Task automation Certain recurring procedures can be triggered automatically and reduce repetitive tasks. For example, data updates can be scheduled at specific times through API development. Flexibility Even after installing an API connector, business software remains independent. It's possible to distinguish updates for each so they don't impact the others' operation. User experience improvement API solutions enrich user experience: they add third-party features without leaving the main application. The speed of execution and integration of these programming interfaces allows adapting to constant market evolution. How to succeed with API integration? When developing an API, our team follows a specific process designed to guarantee successful integration into your software. Project planning is necessary for successful development. Our team defines API objectives and use cases considering the types of data that will transit through the system. Depending on your industry, we orient our strategy toward a particular type of API, whether an open API, partner API, internal API or composite API. Each is designed to optimize a particular need. That's why your project must be as precise as possible. Finally, we define certain criteria such as flexibility or API security level to ensure its proper deployment at the final project stage. Book a call What API technologies are used? API APIs work on data and command exchange. These interfaces require protocol implementation to establish the connection between software. Protocol types We use the three protocol types for your API development: REST, RPC and SOAP. Each has specific characteristics and is used depending on the software connections you want to implement. Custom Our custom approach takes into account each issue's particularity: challenges, software used, etc. We adapt the format to remain in line with your business's requirements and security criteria. ERP-Magento API Integration Stock, Order and Product Data Automation API - ERP API connector between an ERP & an e-commerce site The objective of these APIs is to improve overall business process efficiency and synchronize data between different independent software. Integration of PIM (Product Information Management) software features to an e-commerce site (Magento type) to synchronize stock management or invoicing. API integration to connect Odoo (business management ERP) to a Magento e-commerce to automate product, order or stock management, for example. The objective of these APIs is to simplify a business's operational processes and avoid double data entry. This type of API acts as a programming interface between management software and invoicing software. Quotes and customer information are transmitted directly to invoicing software, for example. API - invoicing management software API connector between management & invoicing software Explore our projects. What is your main objective regarding the API? Connect your site or application to an external service Create your own API for your services Automate internal processes Synchronize data between multiple tools What services or tools need to be connected via API? CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce...) ERP E-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop...) Marketing tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo...) Payment solutions What volume of requests or data do you expect to process? Low (less than 1,000 requests/day) Medium (1,000 to 10,000 requests/day) High (10,000 to 100,000 requests/day) Very high (more than 100,000 requests/day) I don't know yet Do you have a deadline? Tell us a bit more about yourself: Frequently asked questions What is an API connector between an ERP and an e-commerce site? An API connector is an interface that automatically synchronizes data between an ERP and an e-commerce platform (like Magento). It updates stocks, products, orders or invoicing in real-time to avoid manual errors and improve operational efficiency. What are the advantages of integrating an ERP to an e-commerce site via API? API integration offers several benefits: elimination of double entries, automatic stock updates, centralized product management, faster order processing and improved customer experience thanks to always reliable and up-to-date information. How does API integration between a PIM and an e-commerce platform work? The PIM (Product Information Management) automatically transmits product sheets, characteristics, media and updates to the e-commerce site. The API ensures consistency and uniformity of product information across all sales channels. Why connect management and invoicing software with an API? Connecting management and invoicing software via API automates quote, invoice and customer file creation. Data flows automatically between tools, reducing human errors, accelerating administrative processes and guaranteeing better information reliability. What ERP and e-commerce systems can be linked via API? Most modern ERPs (Odoo, SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) can be connected to e-commerce platforms like Magento, PrestaShop, Shopify or WooCommerce. APIs allow customizing synchronization to meet each business's specific needs. ### [Blog](https://reqst.agency/blog/) > Deep dives and field-tested insights from the Reqst agency to build a website that performs and grow your visibility online. The price for creating a showcase site is highly variable. Its total cost depends on the complexity of its implementation: design, number of pages, features, type of maintenance, etc. DPC design is listening to offer you a custom project in line with your budget and objectives. Why should a business have a showcase site? Your site becomes your new business card. It embodies your presence and identity on the web. It presents your activity, services, products, but also your values! In a few clicks, visitors must understand who your brand addresses and if your offer matches their needs. It's an excellent way to gain visibility and boost your revenue. What is the difference between a showcase site and an e-commerce? The showcase site, like institutional sites, has primarily an informative purpose. It presents itself as your business's digital space and gives internet users an overview of your offer. On the other hand, the e-commerce site is an interactive platform dedicated to online purchasing. It allows users to browse and buy your products online. Why prefer a 'custom' site to an 'Elementor' version? A custom site guarantees a design adapted to your brand image and needs. The possibilities in terms of visual output are almost limitless. It's the assurance of having a unique site that differentiates from competition. Elementor, although easy to use and rather intuitive for beginners, is quickly limited in terms of customization and especially functionality. What are the deadlines for creating a showcase site? Deadlines vary according to several factors, such as project complexity (launch or redesign), number of pages or features to develop. Generally, a website can be designed in a few weeks to several months depending on project scope. ### [Custom Software](https://reqst.agency/custom-software/) > Transform your vision into performant software. SaaS solutions don't require local installation on company servers or user devices. They're hosted on a third party's servers, the SaaS ERP software provider. Unlike on-site ERP solutions, the SaaS model is based on subscribing to a monthly or annual subscription with the service provider. No perpetual license purchase is required. Application maintenance is managed externally by the SaaS service provider. Additionally, it's developed to meet modern businesses' needs. Scalable, its features adjust according to users' needs. What are the differences between an On-Premise ERP and a SaaS ERP? The on-premise ERP is a software model installed locally on a company's hardware and servers. The software is centralized on-site, but requires installing adequate infrastructure for maintenance, like an IT department. SaaS ERP is a cloud-based professional application solution accessible via the Internet. The cloud is therefore external to the company and is managed by the ERP provider. On-premise ERPs impose more installation and maintenance costs. SaaS ERPs make maintenance costs predictable and allow more effective action on the company's operational investments. Why use a SaaS solution? Software as a service offers several advantages for businesses. It promotes rationalization and automation of operational processes through task automation. Collaborators can focus on higher value-added missions. Additionally, the SaaS offer presents a financial advantage for professionals. Indeed, it's no longer necessary to install complex local infrastructure or call on an IT department. Application software is hosted on the provider's cloud who handles its maintenance. The SaaS model allows businesses to benefit from powerful solutions 24/7 via an Internet connection without bearing the costs. SaaS software? Examples Our ERP agency offers custom SaaS solutions to meet each client's specific needs: SaaS accounting, personnel management, medical office appointment scheduling, etc. Here are some examples offered by other SaaS software publishers: Microsoft 365: Microsoft's productivity applications, available on the cloud. Dropbox: an online data storage service that allows collaborating directly on documents. Doctolib: a medical appointment booking application. Salesforce: customer relationship management software. Shopify: an e-commerce platform that allows creating and managing your online store. What is the cost of designing custom SaaS software? The development cost of a custom SaaS (Software as a Service) solution is extremely variable. It's generally quoted from €10,000 and can easily exceed €300,000 for complex platforms (ERP, advanced marketplaces, business applications with real-time synchronizations). The range essentially depends on the project scope and desired features. Should maintenance be planned for SaaS software? Absolutely, yes, there is maintenance on custom SaaS software, and it's even crucial and essential to guarantee its sustainability and proper operation. Unlike software installed on your own servers (On-Premise), you don't have to manage the infrastructure, but the software itself needs to be maintained and updated. Custom SaaS maintenance is mainly divided into two major categories: - Corrective and Adaptive Maintenance (Mandatory) - Evolutionary Maintenance (Strategic) What is the hosting cost for SaaS software? Hosting cost is a recurring expense (monthly or annual) that is rarely fixed. It operates on the 'Pay-as-you-go' model (usage-based payment). The cost depends on the actual resource consumption by your application. ### [E-commerce Magento](https://reqst.agency/e-commerce-magento/) > Magento Expert Agency. Boost your conversions. Customer journey audit and redesign to accelerate your growth. Custom UX/UI strategies. Optimize your sales funnel The sales funnel guides your prospects through their buying journey. Well designed, it transforms every interaction into a growth opportunity for your business. Conversion funnel Sales funnel marketing automation Sales funnel Optimize your sales funnel What is a sales funnel? The sales funnel represents the journey taken by a customer throughout their purchasing process: from discovering your offer to validating their cart. This marketing tool, also called a conversion funnel, illustrates the gradual reduction in the number of visitors on your site. The sales funnel, or conversion funnel, illustrates the customer journey to purchase and conversion optimization. At the top of the funnel, all internet users are potential buyers. As they progress, their profile becomes clearer: some become hot prospects, but only a fraction of them will validate their cart. Convert Manage Sales funnels are adaptable to all types of sites, including e-commerce platforms. Their configuration depends on your objectives, your persona, your competition... Optimize Adaptability Their configuration depends on your objectives, your persona, your competition... Diversify Configuration They follow a similar logic: attract customers, arouse their interest and encourage them to validate their cart! Drive Cart validation Sales Funnel Why optimize your customer purchase journey? Approximately 70% of users who add items to their cart leave the site without completing their order. Although interested in your offer, certain elements dissuade them from making their purchase: delivery costs that are too high, the obligation to create an account or an unsatisfactory returns policy. This list is far from exhaustive, but these reasons amplify cart abandonment. An optimized purchase funnel guides the customer throughout their journey on your site. When they reach the final stage, they have all the information needed to validate their cart. This experience promotes loyalty and encourages repeat purchases. Book a call The different stages of the sales funnel Marketing conversion funnels adapt to each type of site and service. However, they follow a similar logic in accompanying the customer purchase journey. Here are the different stages: Site visibility This stage corresponds to the entry into your sales funnel. It aims to reach your persona, i.e., visitors who might show interest in what you offer. To increase your site's visibility to this target audience, several strategies can be implemented. A paid acquisition strategy, via advertising on search engines (SEA) or on social networks. A natural or free acquisition strategy, via sending marketing emails and SEO optimization of your site, for example. This phase corresponds to when the prospect discovers your offer. Learn more about WordPress User interest Mission accomplished, your prospect has become aware of your existence. Now, they explore your site. Your goal is now to arouse and above all maintain their interest in your offer. You must convince them that you are the solution to their problem. This is the stage where you establish a connection with them. But how to maintain their interest? First, position yourself as experts in your field. The content on your site or landing page must demonstrate your added value. Additionally, optimize the user experience (UX) on your e-commerce site by structuring navigation so visitors quickly find what they're looking for. At this stage of the sales funnel, you must maintain the connection with your visitors. Encourage decision The user is now ready to make a purchase on your site. They know your offer and are seriously considering completing their purchase. The conversion funnel gradually narrows: this is the right time to turn them into a qualified lead. At this stage, you need to guide them a little more, as some questions remain: 'Do I really need this product?', 'Can I find this offer at a better price?'. To convince them, you'll optimize their purchase journey by offering, for example: A 10% discount on their first order. An exceptional limited-time offer. A free returns policy. Don't forget that testimonials from your most loyal customers are also an effective way to convince your prospect! Purchase action Your prospect is almost at the end of the conversion funnel. They're ready to complete their purchase and become your customer. At this stage, their journey must remain as clear as possible. Landing pages are optimized, calls to action (CTA) are visible and the sales process is simplified to prevent any risk of cart abandonment. If your prospect is no longer on your site, you can establish contact by email by offering them an offer related to their pending cart, for example. This is a practice known as smart content or adaptive content. Customer loyalty This is perhaps the most important stage of your purchase funnel, because retaining a customer costs seven times less than converting a prospect. Translation: pamper them! You must succeed in maintaining the connection with them by offering them a personalized experience. Your goal is to guarantee their satisfaction. And encourage them to renew their purchases on your site through targeted loyalty actions. How to choose key queries? Key queries Key queries correspond to the terms that internet users use in search engines. The basis of a semantic strategy lies in studying these words and their relevance to your activity. It's possible to identify them via software or simply through common sense. Competitor analysis helps determine which queries are worth ranking for. A good site structure prioritizes pages and naturally integrates these keywords into your content. Keywords Keywords can be a single word or a combination of several. We then speak of long-tail keywords. SEO strategy In an SEO strategy, it's important to combine both types of queries to match searches performed by internet users. Indeed, working on precise queries where traffic exists and with lower competition will generate: better visibility for your site; qualified traffic, because your site meets search expectations; significant conversion. Essential elements Our agency supports you in the custom development of your Magento site. We offer personalized design consistent with your business and optimize the customer purchase journey through an e-commerce conversion funnel. How to make the customer experience smooth and efficient? By removing all obstacles that could be in their way and that might slow down or even stop their progression. Simplify user experience If your customer perceives that their journey takes too long, they risk leaving the sales funnel before completing their cart. So, get to the point! For example, it can be fun to inform them about the number of remaining steps in the purchase process or to facilitate the experience with automatic filling of their details. Simplifying user experience also includes site loading speed. Given that 60% of internet users browse on mobile, your site must be optimized for this type of visits: less is more. Reassure the future buyer On an e-commerce site, the relationship with your customer is completely dematerialized. The first impression will be decisive for visitors to your site. Testimonials or secure payment logos are reassurance elements that confirm your site's reliability at a glance. Offer a complete and detailed offer A detailed product sheet presenting all information related to your offer helps convince your prospects to take action. Benefits, visuals, test videos, even the delivery process are elements that will help confirm the future customer's choice. Remove sources of distraction Eliminate elements that might divert visitors' attention during the purchase process. For example, intrusive buttons or pop-ups can be removed. This strategy maintains customer concentration and improves conversion chances. Facilitate customer account creation Customer account creation represents approximately 30% of cart abandonments. It's the bane of some sites that deprive themselves of part of their clientele. It's important to simplify the process by only asking for information necessary for selling your product or service. For example, for a dematerialized offer, an email address is sufficient. Some buyers don't see the point of entering your database. To remedy this, it can be useful to explain the benefits of their loyalty (customer benefits, private sales, promotional offers...). Personalize customer emailing Consumers appreciate the individualization of their experience with brands. Emails sent must directly address them and be personalized: tailored offers based on their previous orders or items waiting in their cart. This approach will allow your brand to create a connection with your customers. By responding exactly to their requests, you have a better chance of increasing your conversion rate and retaining them. Track and follow up on abandoned carts Over 70% of carts are abandoned on merchant sites! Setting up follow-up email campaigns is an almost necessary marketing technique to complete your conversion funnel. Thanks to certain marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, it's possible to send automatic follow-up emails to your 'deserter' customers. In addition to being personalized and polished, they're an opportunity to offer limited offers they can't refuse. About a third of opened follow-up emails result in a purchase: don't neglect them anymore! Buy without creating a customer account The guest checkout option simplifies your e-commerce purchase funnel. This option must be clearly indicated during the sales process so as not to lose certain customers. When validating their cart, only the essential details for delivery will be requested. ### [Quote Request](https://reqst.agency/quote-request/) > For 15 years, we design custom tools. Quickly boost your online visibility & attract qualified traffic SEA Agency SEA involves displaying paid ads on search engine results. This scalable webmarketing strategy adapts in real time to your business. Its strengths? Immediate visibility to a 100% customized target audience. Google Ads SEA Paid advertising SEA Campaign SEA Agency Google Ads Campaign SEA according to our Agency Our Google Partner agency supports you in implementing your SEA strategy. In our view, paid advertising is not limited to buying keywords; it's a comprehensive system that considers your business against the competition in your industry. We know it all too well: every client is unique. Ad campaigns are configured to meet your objectives: demographics, device type, or geographic location. To each business, its keyword strategy! Not convinced yet? Here are three reasons to implement a SEA strategy. Instantly increase your visibility Get immediate results: optimized ROI Reach a qualified target audience SEA is a digital marketing lever adapted to your strategy and adjustable according to your budget. We're just waiting for you! Visibility Rapid increase in visibility This is the main advantage of paid advertising. A few days after launching an AdWords SEA campaign, the company gains visibility on Google. This position allows it to generate qualified leads (contact with prospects) and then convert them into customers. SEA is relevant for establishing your legitimacy and visibility with your target audience! A budget is established before the launch of the AdWords campaign. The costs generated by the SEA strategy will not exceed the agreed limits. The amount billed is based on actual expenses in terms of keyword purchases, this is called "pay-per-click". With SEA, there are no bad surprises for the client! Control Budget control About 48 hours after deploying a SEA strategy, your ads appear on the search results page (SERP). This responsiveness contrasts with the longer delays required for a natural SEO campaign. The latter generally takes 3 to 6 months to show its first effects. Google Ads campaigns are a lever for an approach focused on immediacy. They prove particularly effective when launching a website, during promotional periods, or to strengthen your positioning on specific search intents. Results Speed & immediate results of the SEA campaign Our SEA agency is trained to configure your Google Ads campaigns. Thanks to tools dedicated to paid advertising, our team can control: the highlighted Google Ads keywords; the choice of SEA campaign type (text ads, shopping campaign, display campaign, video campaign, etc.); the placement of ads; the bid price according to your budget; the format and design of ads. Customize Customizable SEA webmarketing campaign One of our agency's missions is to adapt the paid advertising strategy to optimize your ROI. Performance is measured using two main KPIs (indicators): click-through rate and conversions. But there are many others! Based on the results, it is possible to modify a campaign in real time. Tracking Real-time tracking and performance measurement Optimization of your AdWords campaigns is possible through A/B testing. Two versions are developed and tested according to different strategic criteria: keywords, target segmentation, etc. The conversion and transformation rates of each are analyzed at the end of the testing phase. The best campaign is then selected! The SEA strategy is 100% adjustable and continuously optimized. Test your campaigns with A/B testing Testing One of the strengths of SEA is its flexibility. The amount dedicated to paid advertising can be adjusted from month to month, depending on your budget, business objectives, and the performance of previous AdWords campaigns. SEA optimizes your investment and allows you to stop a campaign at any time, or conversely, amplify its visibility. Flexibility Campaign flexibility Optimization SEA they trust us for a long time Google advertising services Our SEA agency designs multichannel digital strategies to optimize your investments and achieve your online advertising objectives. Google's paid advertising service provides professionals with tools to increase their visibility or generate more traffic to the website, for example. Each of them has its strengths and limitations. Our goal is to guide you in choosing and planning your SEA campaigns. Google Search Search campaigns, on the Search Network, are the most common on Google Ads. Ads are placed at the top or bottom of the search page based on keywords typed by users. They are textual and identified by the "Sponsored" label. These campaigns are based on a keyword strategy based on bids. It is therefore important to select them carefully according to search intents to optimize the impact of ads as much as possible. Our Google Ads Agency supports you in this strategy. Google Performance Max Google Performance Max uses artificial intelligence to automate and extend the distribution of your ads across all Google channels: video, display, search... The main objective of this type of campaign? Generate even more conversions by optimizing your performance in real time through a smart bidding system. If you're looking for an effective method to broadcast your ads at scale across all channels, Google Performance Max is the essential option. Companies using this service have increased their conversion value by an average of 25%, compared to a Standard Shopping campaign, for example (Source: Google). Google Display With a Display campaign on Google Ads, ads are broadcast on a large number of sites to a wide audience. These campaigns take the form of banners and appear on sites such as news, blogs, or Google partner platforms (Gmail, YouTube). Unlike Search campaigns based on search and focused on conversion, Display campaigns aim to increase your company's brand awareness. Visual, they aim to capture users' attention and arouse their curiosity. Google Shopping Google Shopping is the dedicated tool for e-commerce players looking to increase their visibility with prospects. This platform is a fusion of a marketplace, a search engine, an online advertising campaign, and a price comparison tool. Products integrated into Google Shopping campaigns are displayed on the results page, but also in the dedicated "Shopping" tab. With Google Shopping, you can present your products in photo format and accompany them with detailed descriptions. Your product listings become visible in the blink of an eye to users! Google Video It's often said that an image is worth a thousand words! Video campaigns allow you to broadcast ads on YouTube as well as on Google's display network. They meet three objectives: improve conversion, increase traffic to your site, and strengthen your brand awareness. Ad settings are configurable to maximize campaign results. Depending on your strategy, Google offers different formats: TrueView In-Stream, for Action, Bumper... Google App Want to boost your mobile app? Google Ads has done it. App campaigns simplify their promotion by broadcasting them across all search engine channels. Unlike other advertising formats, App campaigns are directly inspired by your Play Store listing. There's no need to create specific text and media for these campaigns, Google takes care of it for you! And, as with a Search campaign, you can choose its objective: encourage app installation, perform specific actions for users, or develop your brand awareness. Google Smart Smart campaigns simplify ad distribution on Google Search, Maps, YouTube, and the Display network. Automated, they focus on the online development of small and medium-sized businesses. Smart ads reach a wide audience while remaining targeted: location, themes, and optimization based on search intents. The payment model is based on clicks and calls generated by the ads. You only pay when prospects take action! These campaigns are designed to be user-friendly while meeting specific business objectives. Google Local Google Ads local campaigns allow you to promote your business on websites in a specific geographic area. Ads are therefore particularly targeted and generate local leads (contacts). They help improve your local SEO, and by extension, traffic to your website and your conversion rate. What are the two main strengths of this type of campaign? Creating a local community and strengthening your customer relationship. Google Discovery These campaigns aim to broadcast your ads at scale: you can reach up to three billion users! Discovery uses Google's intent signals (audience and customer) to offer attractive personalized experiences to hot prospects on the search engine's Discover feed. Ads can take the form of single images (Standard) or Carousels (Discovery Carousel). Discovery Ads are particularly relevant for companies that want to: generate conversions at scale; reach new customers with sophisticated and visually attractive campaigns; attract the most interesting customers (interaction with the YouTube channel, customers who have already validated the purchase, website visit). Why implement a SEA strategy? SEA is the strategic response to an immediate need: positioning yourself at the top of Google's first page. If you want to exploit the best business opportunities while meeting your target audience, then you should not neglect paid advertising. Book a call Commercial repositioning New marketing strategy Traffic increase (SEO, campaigns, ...) Sales increase (online store) or visibility (showcase site, corporate site) Contact requests or quotes Image renewal Steps of a paid advertising campaign Our Google Ads agency offers complete support: from planning to performance analysis. At each step, we are there to design the paid advertising strategy that matches your business and its evolution. Every decision is made in collaboration with you, and we base our action plan on your business model. We guarantee you a transparent service to help you understand the challenges of SEA. Strategic planning During an initial meeting, we define together the objectives of your campaign, your budget, and your marketing target. This is the stage where we get to know you! It is one of the most important, as it will guide the rest of the project. Let's plan your strategy Competitive analysis Once your attack plan is established, our SEA expert team analyzes your competitors' campaigns. The goal is not to replicate their strategy, but to identify practices, opportunities, and areas for improvement. It's by knowing the competition that you'll be able to stand out! Keyword selection Based on your industry and products/services, we define the keyword strategy to target for AdWords ads. Their choice is made according to bids and users' search intents. Campaign setup Our team configures the parameters of your SEA campaign on Google Ads according to your budget, bids, and targeting criteria. We guide you towards a strategy adapted to your objectives and the nature of your business, whether it's Google Shopping, Google AdSense, or AdWords. Ad writing and landing page selection Ads, displayed at the top of search engines under "Sponsored", are written to be attractive and clear. The objective: encourage users to click to learn more. Performance tracking and SEA campaign adjustment Our team monitors performance in real time to seize the best strategic opportunities (placement, demographic criteria, catchment area...) and adjust bids based on keywords. SEA is 100% adjustable. Quality Score improvement What is the Quality Score? It's the quality indicator of ads and landing pages. It is closely monitored by our SEA agency. A high score improves positioning on search engines. SEA is not just about buying keywords. Google analyzes the relevance of the strategy and rewards sites that meet users' criteria! We ensure we please search engine algorithms. Return on Investment (ROI) calculation At the end of the campaign, we analyze its effectiveness by evaluating the profit made compared to the cost incurred. The latter depends on "pay-per-click". Indeed, SEA operates on advertising platforms and involves payment for each click on an ad. Discover our projects What are your main objectives for your SEA campaigns? The results of a paid advertising campaign are visible from the first month, unlike natural SEO. Indeed, SEO can take several months, even a year, before having conclusive results. Google Ads campaigns allow you to display ads at the very top of search results. Visibility is therefore immediate. However, it is necessary to use a SEA agency to properly configure your SEA campaigns and obtain the desired results. Reqst supports you in choosing keywords, writing ads, and defining a consistent budget. Why implement a dual SEO/SEA strategy? SEA and SEO complement each other. One is a paid strategy (SEA), while the other is free (SEO). Together, their goal is to improve your online visibility. SEO, or natural referencing, aims to achieve organic visibility. This means that users find your site spontaneously, without clicking on paid ads. It is important to optimize it to ensure your company a sustainable presence and good positioning on Google in the long term. SEA, or paid advertising, provides immediate visibility through the purchase of keywords and advertising space on Google. This strategy is useful for temporarily boosting your positioning, as its results are instant. The ideal is to combine both strategies to benefit from their advantages and compensate for their weaknesses. What are the main differences between SEA and SEO? SEO and SEA are two digital marketing strategies. Here are the main points that differ: SEO is free, offers long-term visibility, and takes several months to produce effective results. SEA is paid, provides immediate visibility, and is effective from the first month of campaign launch. Both SEO strategies are complementary. The strengths of one compensate for the weaknesses of the other, and vice versa. CTR or Click-Through Rate, what is it? CTR, or Click-Through Rate, is a performance indicator used to analyze digital marketing campaigns. It measures the percentage of users who clicked on an ad after being exposed to it. The Click-Through Rate is a key indicator for analyzing SEA campaigns. Indeed, a high CTR indicates that users mostly clicked on the ads. They are therefore relevant. CTR also helps optimize paid advertising by targeting the best-performing keywords. How to calculate the Click-Through Rate? Divide the number of clicks by the number of impressions (a user saw the ad displayed). A good CTR ranges between 2 to 3%. A CTR above 5% is considered excellent. ### [SEO](https://reqst.agency/seo/) > Dominate today's and tomorrow's searches. Organic SEO is based on 4 pillars: technical aspects, content quality, popularity, and user experience optimization (UX Design). These elements are complementary and must be integrated into any SEO strategy to achieve your visibility and positioning goals. Technical site optimization It covers all the best practices to implement so that your site is indexed and valued by search engines. This includes, for example, internal linking, loading speed, explicit tagging, Hn structure, a crawlable site, clean code, sitemap, structured data implementation, HTTPS, etc. This is the founding pillar of SEO. Book a call Content optimization Search engines value rich and relevant content that meets users' intentions. Your site pages must take into account SEO best practices: presence of primary and secondary keywords, enriched semantic field, hierarchical Hn structure, no duplicate content, attractive meta description, long and multimedia content, for example. Popularity or netlinking strategy The SEO evaluation of a website's popularity is based on the number and especially the nature of hyperlinks pointing to it. The development of these backlinks must be qualitative and come from sites that are themselves authoritative on search engines. Growing your e-reputation can be done through a netlinking strategy, a social media campaign, or simply the quality of content written on your website. User experience (UX Design) UX Design represents all initiatives aimed at improving the experience of a user while browsing your website, whether from a mobile device, tablet, or computer (responsive design): content readability, fluidity, ergonomics, etc. Integrating an SXO strategy (SEO and UX Design) will help you stand out from your competitors. How to choose key queries? Key queries Key queries correspond to the terms that users type into search engines. The basis of a semantic strategy lies in studying these words and their relevance to your activity. They can be identified via software or simply through common sense. Competitive analysis helps determine which queries are worth targeting.\u003cbr\u003eA good site structure organizes pages and naturally integrates these keywords into your content. Keywords Keywords can be a single word or a combination of several. We then speak of long-tail keywords. SEO Strategy In an SEO strategy, it is important to combine both types of queries to match the searches made by users. Working on precise queries where traffic exists and with lower competition will generate: better visibility for your site; qualified traffic, because your site meets search expectations; significant conversion. The guide Reqst. The craft beer market has become one of the fastest growing — and one of the most crowded. Hundreds of breweries compete for the attention of a passionate but solicited public from all sides. In this context, the product is no longer enough: what distinguishes a brewery that lasts from one that struggles is often the strength of its brand and the quality of its online presence. The good news is that this terrain, unlike the taste of a beer, is worked methodically. Here’s how a craft brewery can build a distinctive brand and bring it to life digitally. Why the brand matters as much as the beer A craft beer lover doesn't just buy a taste: he buys a story, a universe, a sense of belonging. He wants to know who brews, where, why, with what values. It is this dimension which justifies a price higher than industrial beer and which creates loyalty. A strong brand can be recognized by several things: a memorable visual identity (the name, the logo, the label that stands out on a saturated shelf), a clear story (the region, the founder, the know-how, the commitment) and consistency across all points of contact. This consistency is precisely what transforms a good local beer into a brand that we seek out, that we recommend, that we sometimes tattoo. The site: much more than a beer catalog For a brewery, the website fulfills several missions at once, and the best ones take on all of them. It embodies the brand first of all: it is the place where the universe fully unfolds, where the label is only a few centimeters long. It then sells directly: online sales make it possible to reach fans beyond the catchment area and recover a margin that neither bars nor distribution leave. It informs about points of sale, partner bars, events and visits to the brewery. It finally brings together a community, via the newsletter, the release of new vintages, the amateurs club. On the online sales side, the rules of the alcohol trade apply (verification of majority, health message, advertising supervision) and the logistics of transporting bottles or cans - heavy and fragile - must be thought out from the start, in particular via sale by pack. Brewery tourism: an asset to exploit Many breweries have an underutilized asset: their location. Visits to the facilities, tasting, taproom, events, ephemeral brews... so many experiences that create connections and direct income. Digital is the lever that fulfills these meetings: pages dedicated to visiting and booking, highlighting events, and above all solid local referencing. Searches for “brewery to visit + region”, “craft beer + city” or “what to do this weekend” are all opportunities to attract an audience on site – who will often leave with bottles and an attachment to the brand. Animating a community over time Craft beer is, by nature, a world of community. Fans like to discover, share and follow what's new. It’s an ideal setting for a content and social media strategy: behind the scenes brewing, presentation of vintages, beer-food pairings, team portraits, events. This content maintains the link between two purchases and also nourishes SEO. The most valuable tool, however, remains the customer database, powered by direct sales and the newsletter. It allows you to announce new vintages, organize private sales and build loyalty — a channel that you completely control, unlike the algorithms of social platforms which can change overnight. In summary In a saturated craft beer market, the difference is made on the brand and the digital presence. This requires a strong and coherent identity, a site that embodies the universe and sells directly (in compliance with the rules of the alcohol trade), promotion of brewing tourism based on local SEO, and the animation of a loyal community. It’s the whole thing that transforms a brewery into a desirable and sustainable brand. This is exactly the type of project that we like at Reqst: giving brands with character the digital means to achieve their ambition. Are you carrying out a project for your brewery? Tell us about your project or book a call — from identity to online sales, we build your presence digital. Frequently Asked Questions Why is branding so important for a craft brewery? Because in a saturated market, the amateur does not buy just a taste but a story and a universe. A strong brand — memorable visual identity, clear narrative, consistency — justifies a premium price and creates the loyalty that makes a brewery last. Can a brewery sell its beer online? Yes, provided that you respect the rules of the alcohol trade (verification of the majority, health message, advertising supervision) and anticipate the logistics of transport, ideally via sale by pack. Direct sales make it possible to reach fans beyond the local area and improve margins. How to attract visitors to the brewery using digital? By promoting brewing tourism (visits, tastings, taproom, events) with dedicated pages and online booking, and above all thanks to solid local referencing which captures searches such as “brewery to visit” or “craft beer + city”. Which channel to retain beer lovers? The customer database and the newsletter, powered by direct sales, are the most reliable channels because you have complete control over them. Social networks maintain the connection and the community, but depend on algorithms which can evolve. ### [Customized business software: when should you develop your own tool?](https://reqst.agency/blog/tailor-made-business-software-when-do-you-need-to-develop-your-own-tool/) > Standard software or custom development? Find out when creating your own business tool becomes profitable, and how to make the project a success. The agency guide Reqst. As a company grows, its processes become more complex — and market tools often end up showing their limits. Spreadsheets that are overflowing, commercial software that is being misused, a proliferation of applications that do not communicate with each other: all signs that a tailor-made tool could save considerable time and reliability. But custom development represents an investment, and not all needs justify it. Here's how to know if your company is ready to take the plunge — and what it takes to make a successful business software project. Standard or custom software: the real question Most businesses start with off-the-shelf software, and that's right: it's quick to deploy, inexpensive up front, and covers common needs. The problem appears when your activity has specificities that the tool does not support. The classic signal is bypass. When your teams spend their time exporting data from software to rework it in a spreadsheet, manually re-entering the same information in two different tools, or stacking subscriptions to fill the holes in software that “almost” does not do what it needs to do, it is because the standard tool no longer corresponds to your reality. At this stage, you pay twice: the subscription, and the wasted time of your teams. Custom software reverses the logic: instead of adapting your processes to the tool, you adapt the tool to your processes. Signals that indicate it's time to go tailor-made Several situations seriously justify considering specific development. The first signal is a unique business process that constitutes your competitive advantage: no software on the market reproduces it, because it is precisely what differentiates you. The second is the massive waste of time on repetitive tasks that a well-designed tool would automate. The third is the dispersion of data between several unconnected tools, which prevents you from having a clear and reliable vision of your activity. The fourth is a cumulative subscription cost which becomes unreasonable, especially charged per user, as you grow. The fifth, finally, is a need for scalability: you know that your business will change, and you do not want to be trapped within the limits of a publisher. If several of these signals resonate with your situation, tailoring deserves serious study. The benefits of a tool designed for you Well-designed tailor-made business software brings concrete and lasting gains. First of all, it saves time: by automating what was manual and eliminating re-entry, it frees your teams for higher value tasks. It then improves reliability: a single, consistent data source drastically reduces errors. It makes you autonomous and owner: the tool belongs to you, it evolves with you and you are not dependent on the decisions or price increases of a third-party publisher. It integrates finally into your existing ecosystem (accounting, CRM, site, API) to form a fluid whole, where standard tools often live in silos. What should not be underestimated Customized is not a magic solution, and a successful project requires knowing the requirements. The first point is the initial investment, higher than a standard subscription. It is always evaluated based on the expected return: time saved, errors avoided, subscriptions eliminated, growth facilitated. The second is the scoping phase: good business software begins with a detailed understanding of your real uses, not with code. This is the most decisive step, and one that should never be missed. The third is maintenance: software is alive, it evolves, is corrected and enriched. It is better to plan this support from the start rather than ending up with a fixed tool. This is why the choice of partner matters as much as the technology: you are looking less for a service provider who “codes” than for a team who understands your business and remains at your side over the long term. How a custom software project works A well-conducted project follows a clear logic. It all starts with a discovery phase where we map your processes, your irritants and your objectives. Then comes the design: we draw the routes, the screens, the logic of the tool, often in the form of models validated before any development. development is ideally done in an agile way, in iterations, so that you see the tool take shape and can adjust along the way. Finally, deployment is accompanied by team training and post-launch monitoring, then evolutionary maintenance which allows the tool to grow with your activity. This step-by-step approach limits risk and ensures that the tool delivered is actually what you need — not what was initially imagined on paper. In summary Developing custom business software is justified when standard tools hinder you more than they help you: single process, wasted time, scattered data, subscriptions that accumulate, need for scalability. Customization then transforms a constraint into an advantage: a tool that fits your way of working, that belongs to you and that grows with you. As long as you clearly define the need, choose the right partner and plan for long-term support. This is the heart of our business at Reqst: designing business software and applications that integrate with your processes, and not the other way around. A process that deserves its own tool? Present your project to us or book a call — together we evaluate the relevance and scope of a tailor-made development. frequently asked questions What is the difference between standard software and custom software? Standard software is a ready-to-use product designed for the greatest number of people: quick to deploy but limited to the functions planned by the publisher. Tailor-made software is developed specifically for your processes: it adapts to your way of working, belongs to you and evolves with you. When is it profitable to develop your own software? When market tools force you to make costly workarounds: manual re-entries, data scattered across multiple tools, high cumulative subscriptions, or a unique process that no software covers. Customization then often becomes more profitable over time. How much does custom business software cost? The cost depends on the scope, the complexity of the processes and the necessary integrations. The initial investment is higher than a standard subscription, but is evaluated based on the expected return: time saved, errors avoided, subscriptions eliminated and ability to grow without changing tools. How does a tailor-made development project work? In four main stages: a phase of discovery of processes and objectives, a design (path and models) validated before the code, agile development by iterations, then deployment with training and evolutionary maintenance to grow the tool with the company. ### [Digitizing a cultural venue: ticketing, mediation and online visibility](https://reqst.agency/blog/digitalize-a-cultural-place-ticketing-mediation-and-online-visibility/) > Museum, festival, theater: how a well-designed site boosts ticketing, mediation and attendance. The 2026 guide from the Reqst agency for cultural actors. Museums, festivals, theaters, art centers, performance halls: cultural places are experiencing double pressure. On the one hand, the public expects a digital experience as fluid as the one they know elsewhere – booking in two clicks, preparing for their visit, prolonging the emotion afterwards. On the other hand, budgets are often constrained and teams are versatile. In this context, a website is no longer an institutional showcase: it is a tool for attendance, income and connection with the public. Here is what a cultural actor should expect from their site in 2026. The site, first point of contact with the public Before entering the door of a place, the visitor almost always goes through its site or page. This is where he decides if he comes, when, and with whom. A slow, dated or difficult to view site on mobile loses some of that audience — including audiences who were two clicks away from booking. Conversely, a clear and inspiring site fulfills three roles at the same time: it inspires (through the image, the story, the programming), it facilitates taking action (practical information, ticketing), and it builds loyalty (newsletter, content, membership). For many structures, this is the most profitable channel to develop their attendance. Online ticketing: the heart of the system It is often the most strategic function. Well-integrated online ticketing makes it possible to sell 24 hours a day, smooth out traffic peaks, reduce physical queues and better understand your audiences. Several points deserve reflection. The purchasing journey must be fluid and frictionless: too many steps, and abandonment looms. The ticket office must manage the diversity of prices specific to the cultural world (full, reduced, school, subscription, pass, free under conditions) without complexity for the user. It must integrate with the rest: agenda, seating plan for the live show, secure payment, and ideally with the public relations management system. Finally, the question of choice of tool arises — specialized ticketing solution connected to the site, or tailor-made integration — depending on the volume, the types of events and the desired degree of autonomy. Digital mediation: prolonging the experience Digital technology does not replace the visit, it enriches it. A well-designed site becomes a mediation space in its own right: presentation of works or artists, thematic tours, educational content, podcasts, virtual tours, resources for teachers. This content serves the public – particularly schoolchildren and disabled people – while powerfully nourishing SEO, because they respond to a multitude of specific searches. Mediation also extends before and after: preparing for your visit, understanding what you are going to see, keeping track, sharing. It is this continuum that transforms a one-off visitor into a regular. Visibility: being found by the right audiences A cultural venue has everything to gain from taking care of its online presence, and several levers combine. The Local SEO is essential: searches for “museum + city”, “what to do this weekend in…” or “exhibition + city” are mines of potential visitors. An up-to-date Google business listing (hours, events, photos) and well-optimized pages capture this intention. The event content then: each exhibition, show or festival deserves its dedicated, optimized page, which will live in the search results. Structured event data (dedicated markup) finally helps Google display your dates directly in the results — a strong asset for programming. Accessibility and inclusion: a requirement, not an option For a cultural venue, and even more so for a public or subsidized structure, digital accessibility is both an obligation and a value. An accessible site (contrasts, keyboard navigation, textual alternatives, compatibility with screen readers) opens culture to all audiences, including those with disabilities. It is also, incidentally, a factor that search engines appreciate. In summary For a cultural venue, the website has become a real attendance tool: it attracts, it sells tickets, it extends the experience through mediation, and it makes the programming visible to the right audiences. Succeeding requires smooth ticketing, rich mediation content, careful local and event referencing, and real attention to accessibility. Done well, it is an investment that is measured in additional visitors and a strengthened connection with the public. It is this type of support that we provide at Reqst with cultural actors: combining the aesthetic requirements specific to culture and the effectiveness of a tool designed for the public. Are you carrying out a project for your place or cultural event? Tell us about your project or book a call — we design cultural sites that meet your needs programming. frequently asked questions Why does a cultural venue need a good website? Because the site is the first point of contact with the public: it is there that the visitor decides to come, reserves their tickets and prepares their visit. A clear and efficient site increases traffic and builds loyalty, whereas a dated site loses visitors. How to set up online ticketing? By choosing between a specialized ticketing solution connected to the site or a tailor-made integration, depending on the volume and types of events. The main thing is a smooth purchasing process, management of multiple cultural prices, secure payment and good integration with the rest of the site. How to improve the visibility of a museum or festival on Google? With careful local SEO (up-to-date Google listing, geolocated pages), a dedicated and optimized page for each event, and structured event data markup that allows your dates to be displayed directly in search results. Is digital accessibility mandatory for a cultural site? For public or subsidized structures, digital accessibility is an obligation. Beyond the legal framework, it is a value of inclusion which opens culture to all audiences and a factor appreciated by search engines. ### [Direct booking: how your hotel can reduce its dependence on OTAs](https://reqst.agency/blog/direct-booking-how-your-hotel-can-reduce-its-dependence-on-ota/) > Booking takes 15 to 25% commission. Find out how a successful direct booking site helps your hotel regain control of its sales. Guide 2026 by Reqst. For many independent hoteliers, online booking platforms (OTA) are both a necessary evil and a source of frustration. They provide visibility and volume, but charge a commission which severely reduces the margin on each night. In 2026, when OTAs control a considerable share of global reservations, regaining control over direct sales is no longer a comfort: it is a question of profitability. The good news is that the solution is largely in your hands — as long as you treat your website as a real sales channel, not just a business card. The true cost of OTAs Online travel agencies typically charge between 15% and 25% commission per booking, depending on the platform and region. For the best known, the rate is commonly around 15 to 18%, and climbs for “preferred” programs which buy better visibility. On a nightly stay of €100, this means that a substantial part of your turnover goes to the intermediary — even before deducting your own expenses. Over the course of a year and an entire establishment, the addition represents the equivalent of several salaries. But the cost is not limited to the commission. By going through an OTA, you lose direct contact with the customer: platforms often hide real contact details, which makes building loyalty difficult. You also suffer from algorithmic dependence: a simple change in the platform's ranking criteria can cause your bookings to drop overnight. And direct competition mechanically pulls prices down. The objective is not to leave OTAs, but to rebalance Let's be clear: it is illusory — and often counterproductive — to want to completely eliminate OTAs. They have marketing power and traffic that a single establishment cannot match, and they remain valuable for filling the off-season or making themselves known. The good strategy is to use them as a showcase, then convert as many direct reservations as possible. This is what we call the “billboard effect”: a traveler discovers your establishment on a platform, then checks on your official website before deciding. Google has also observed that a majority of Internet users consult the hotel's website before booking, even when they have gone through an OTA. Your site then becomes the final arbiter: if it inspires confidence and facilitates the reservation, the customer books directly; otherwise, it returns to the platform and you pay the commission. What a hotel site should do to convert live A site that simply presents the establishment leaves most of the value to the OTAs. This is what transforms a showcase site into a direct booking engine. An integrated and fluid booking engine This is the heart of the system. The visitor must be able to check availability, choose their room and pay in a few clicks, without leaving your world and without friction. A slow, unclear or mobile-unfriendly journey drives the customer towards the platform they already know. A best price guarantee The traveler's reflex is to compare. Clearly display that the best rate is on your site, and offer benefits reserved for direct: upgrade, free breakfast, early arrival, flexible cancellation. What you no longer pay in commission can be reinvested in customer value. A fast, mobile and reassuring site A large proportion of reservations are now made on smartphones. A site that displays in less than a second, with beautiful photos, visible reviews and an embodied presentation of the establishment, creates the confidence necessary to take action. A presence on Google Hotel Ads and local SEO Appearing with your direct rates in Google results (Knowledge Graph, Google Travel) becomes decisive. If you do not appear there with your official price, it is the OTAs – who paid to appear there – who capture the customer who was nevertheless looking for you by name. Brand protection campaigns targeted on the name of your establishment, combined with good local SEO, are among the first defenses. Build loyalty: the real victory of direct booking The most lasting benefit of direct is customer data. When the traveler books with you, you retrieve their email address, preferences and history. This base becomes the basis of your marketing: return offers, private sales, communication before and after the stay. A satisfied and recognized customer comes back — and comes back live. What you save in commission can then become a loyalty budget, in a virtuous circle. In summary Reducing your dependence on OTAs is not about turning your back on them, but about regaining control of conversion. This requires a fast and mobile site, a frictionless booking engine, a direct best price policy, a careful presence on Google, and a loyalty strategy based on customer data. Each direct booking won means a commission saved and a strengthened customer relationship. At Reqst, we design sites and digital devices that do exactly that: transform visibility into direct bookings, and visitors into loyal customers. Do you want to regain control of your reservations? Tell us about your project or book a call for a diagnosis of your direct channel. Frequently Asked Questions What commission do OTAs like Booking or Expedia take? Most platforms charge between 15% and 25% per booking, depending on the platform, region and visibility program chosen. Current rates are often around 15-18%, increasing for “preferred” options. Should we stop using OTAs? No. OTAs provide visibility and volume that are difficult to match alone, particularly useful in the off-season. The winning strategy is to use them as a showcase while maximizing direct bookings, which are more profitable. How to increase direct hotel bookings? By offering a fast and mobile-friendly site, a smooth booking engine, a best price guarantee with advantages reserved for direct, a presence on Google Hotel Ads and local SEO, and a loyalty strategy based on customer data. Why is a website essential against OTAs? Because the majority of travelers consult the hotel's official website before booking, even after discovering it on a platform. A compelling site captures this intent and turns a potential OTA booking into a commission-free direct booking. ### [E-commerce site for a wine estate: the complete guide to selling your wine online](https://reqst.agency/blog/e-commerce-site-for-a-wine-estate-the-complete-guide-to-selling-your-wine-online/) > How to create a successful e-commerce site for a winery: legislation, purchasing experience, local SEO and logistics. The agency's 2026 guide Reqst Selling directly to the consumer is no longer an option for a wine estate, it is a lever for margin and independence. Faced with pressure on traditional channels – mass distribution, wine merchants, export – online sales allow you to regain control of your customer relations and your prices. But opening an online store for wine cannot be improvised: between regulatory constraints, the logistics of transporting alcohol and the expectations of a clientele who also buys a story, the project deserves real reflection. Here, step by step, is what creating a successful e-commerce site for a winery in 2026 entails. Why a winery has every interest in selling online The first benefit is financial. By eliminating intermediaries, the estate recovers a margin which until now went to the distributor. A bottle sold directly brings in more mechanically than a bottle sold in volume to a merchant. The second benefit is relational. A well-designed merchant site becomes the preferred point of contact with enthusiasts. You know who buys, what they prefer, how often they recommend. This data is worth gold: it powers your campaigns, your vintage launches and your private sales. The third benefit is patrimonial. A site in your image tells the story of the land, the family, the know-how. Where a shelf label has a few square centimeters, your site has entire pages to convey what makes you unique. The legal framework: what must be secured before selling a single bottle The online sale of alcohol is strictly regulated in France, and a serious project integrates these constraints from the design stage. Three main obligations structure the project. First, age verification: the site must prevent sales to minors, generally via confirmation of majority upon entry and a reminder at the time of ordering. Then, the obligatory health message (“Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation”) must accompany all communication. Finally, the regulation of alcohol advertising by the Évin law imposes particular vigilance on visuals, social networks and paid campaigns: the authorized content is limited to factual elements (origin, grape variety, production method, distinctions). Added to this are the tax and customs aspects as soon as you ship outside France, with excise and VAT rules which vary depending on the destination country. It is better to clarify these points with an accountant in advance rather than discovering them after the first shipment abroad. Design a purchasing experience that matches the product A wine buyer is not just buying a product, he is buying a promise of pleasure and a bit of your world. The online experience should reflect this. Product sheets that inspire and reassure A good bottle profile goes well beyond price and vintage. It describes the aromatic profile, food and wine pairings, serving temperature, storage, and tells a story: the plot, the work of the vines, the gesture of the winemaker. This information reassures the novice buyer and appeals to the amateur — and it also feeds your SEO, because these are exactly the queries that Internet users type (“what wine with game”, “wine de garde Loire”). A smooth and frictionless purchase tunnel Each unnecessary step loses sales. Registration must be optional, payment secure and varied (card, digital wallets), shipping costs displayed early and clearly. The sale of alcohol adds a specificity: think about purchasing in batches (boxes of 6, 12), because this is how we buy wine and how logistics becomes profitable. Content that creates trust Customer reviews, distinctions obtained, photos of the estate and an embodied presentation of the team create this feeling of trust which transforms a visitor into a buyer. It is also an authority signal that Google values. Logistics: the point that makes or breaks a wine e-commerce Wine is heavy, fragile and subject to transport constraints. This is often where undervalued projects fail. The questions to be resolved upstream are concrete: what packaging really protects the bottles in the event of an impact? which carrier accepts alcohol and at what price depending on the zone? how to calibrate shipping costs so as not to frighten the customer while preserving the margin? Added to these questions is real-time inventory management, essential to never selling an out-of-stock vintage. A well-built site synchronizes stock, orders and shipments to avoid unpleasant surprises. SEO: be found by wine enthusiasts looking for your wine A beautiful, invisible site is useless. Natural referencing is what brings, month after month, buyers who did not yet know you. For a wine estate, three levers are particularly important. Local SEO first, via a careful Google establishment profile and pages dedicated to your region and your appellation - the searches “wine estate + region” and “cellar visit + city” are valuable. The thematic content then: articles on food and wine pairings, vintages, work in the vineyard, which capture a wide audience and establish your authority. Finally, in 2026, the structuring of data (marking of products, reviews, FAQs) becomes decisive, because it conditions your presence in the summaries generated by Google's artificial intelligence, which capture a growing share of searches. Showcase, marketplace or tailor-made store: what choice? Three paths are available to a field, with very different implications. Selling via a marketplace (specialized wine platform type) offers immediate visibility, but at the cost of high commissions and a total absence of direct customer relations — you remain a supplier among others. Using a standardized turnkey solution gets you started quickly and inexpensively, but quickly limits you on experience, design and wine-specific features. Opting for a custom site requires a higher initial investment, but gives you a tool that belongs to you, tailored to your image, your private sales, your amateur club and your own logistics — and which evolves with you. For a sector that sees direct sales as a sustainable strategic axis, tailor-made is generally the most profitable choice over time. In summary Creating an e-commerce site for a wine estate means combining three requirements: respecting a strict legal framework, offering a purchasing experience worthy of the product, and mastering demanding logistics — all in the service of lasting visibility on search engines. A well-conducted project transforms your site into a real sales channel, a loyalty tool and a showcase for your region. This is precisely the type of support that we provide at Reqst to wine houses: from strategy to putting online, through to referencing and customer acquisition. Are you planning an online sales project for your property? Tell us about your project or book a call — we will study together the solution suited to your home. Frequently Asked Questions Can you sell wine legally online in France? Yes, the sale of wine online is legal, provided that several obligations are respected: verification of the buyer's majority, display of the mandatory health message, and compliance with the Évin law governing alcohol advertising. For sales abroad, there are excise and VAT rules specific to each country. How much does it cost to create an e-commerce site for a winery? The budget depends on the choice between standardized solution and tailor-made site, the number of references, and the functionalities (amateur club, private sales, multilingual, logistics synchronization). A tailor-made solution represents a higher initial investment but offers a scalable tool that fully reflects your image, often more profitable over time. How to manage the shipping of bottles? You must choose a carrier that accepts alcohol, packaging that really protects the bottles, and calibrate shipping costs to preserve the margin without slowing down the purchase. Selling by carton (6 or 12 bottles) facilitates logistical profitability. How to be visible on Google when you sell wine? By combining careful local SEO (Google listing, regional and appellation pages), regular thematic content (food and wine pairings, vintages), and technical structuring of data which favors appearance in the results and summaries generated by AI. ### [Google Ads: stop paying for clicks, pay for conversions](https://reqst.agency/blog/google-ads-stop-paying-for-clicks-pay-for-conversions/) > Why are so many Google Ads campaigns burning through budget without results? Mistakes to avoid and how to manage your conversion campaigns. The agency guide Reqst. Google Ads is one of the most powerful acquisition levers there is: the promise of being visible, immediately, in front of people who are looking for exactly what you offer. It's also one of the most effective for burning through a budget without getting anything. The difference between a profitable campaign and a financial pit is not the size of the budget, but the way it is managed. The guiding principle can be summed up in one sentence: a click has no value in itself. What matters is the conversion — a sale, a quote, a call, an appointment. Here's how to move from traffic logic to results logic. Why so many campaigns fail The most common mistake is to judge a campaign by the number of clicks or ad position. This is reassuring – the figures are rising – but it says nothing about profitability. You can pay a lot for a lot of clicks that lead to nothing. The causes of failure are almost always the same. Too broad targeting first: we pay for vaguely related searches, therefore for visitors who will never buy. A lack of negative keywords then: without a list of negative terms, your ads appear on irrelevant searches (for example “free”, “job”, or the name of a product that you do not sell). A disappointing landing page too: we attract the click to a slow, confusing or off-topic page, and the visitor leaves immediately - the budget is spent, the conversion lost. Finally, a absence of conversion tracking: without measuring what happens after the click, we pilot blindly and optimize the wrong indicators. The real metric: cost per conversion (and ROAS) To manage performance, two metrics take precedence. The cost per conversion (or cost per acquisition) answers the only question that matters: how much does a customer, a quote or an appointment obtained cost me? It is this figure, not the cost per click, that determines whether a campaign is profitable. The ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) measures the turnover generated for each euro invested. An ROAS of 4 means that every euro spent returns four. It is the compass of e-commerce and, more broadly, of any activity that knows how to attribute a value to its conversions. As long as these indicators are not correctly measured, talking about optimization is meaningless: we cannot improve what we do not measure. The levers of a profitable campaign A conversion-driven campaign relies on a few solid fundamentals. Precise targeting and strong intent A few highly qualified clicks are better than a lot of lukewarm clicks. This involves keywords with high purchasing intent (often precise and “long” queries), good use of match types, and a rigorous list of negative keywords that we continually enrich. Ads that speak to a need A good ad promises a clear response to the need expressed in the research, highlights a concrete benefit and encourages action. Consistency between search, ad and landing page is crucial: this is what Google rewards with a better “quality score”, which lowers your costs. Landing pages designed to convert This is often where everything comes down to it. A fast, clean page aligned with the ad promise, with a clear call to action and a frictionless journey, converts many more visitors. Investing in Google Ads without taking care of your landing pages is like filling a leaky bucket. Impeccable conversion tracking Measuring each conversion (purchase, form, call) is non-negotiable. This is what powers Google's intelligent bidding algorithms, identifying what works, cutting what doesn't, and shifting the budget towards what really pays off. SEA and SEO: two complementary levers We often oppose advertising (SEA) and natural referencing (SEO): it is a false opposition. SEA buys immediate visibility, ideal for testing a market, supporting a launch or capturing hot demand — but it stops as soon as the budget stops. SEO builds a durable asset, slower to install but which continues to produce. The two reinforce each other: advertising captures demand while organic establishes your authority in the long term. The right strategy combines the two according to your objectives and your maturity. In summary Succeeding on Google Ads does not mean spending more, it means spending better: targeting specific intentions, excluding the superfluous, aligning ads and landing pages, and above all managing by cost per conversion and ROAS rather than by click. A well-constructed campaign doesn't make you pay for attention, it makes you pay for results. This is exactly our approach at Reqst: no longer pay to click, but pay to convert — with strategic management of your campaigns oriented to measurable growth. Do your campaigns cost more than they bring in? Request an audit of your campaigns or book a call — we identify where your budget is going and how to redirect it towards conversion. frequently asked questions How much does a Google Ads campaign cost? There is no single budget: the cost depends on your sector, the competition on your keywords and your objectives. The relevant indicator is not the total budget or the cost per click, but the cost per conversion: how much a customer, a quote or an appointment actually obtained costs you. Why are my Google Ads campaigns not profitable? Most often due to overly broad targeting, a lack of negative keywords, disappointing landing pages, or a lack of conversion tracking. We then pay for clicks that do not convert into customers. What is ROAS? ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) measures the turnover generated for each euro invested in advertising. An ROAS of 4 means that every euro spent returns four. This is one of the key indicators for judging the profitability of a campaign. Should you choose between Google Ads (SEA) and natural referencing (SEO)? No, the two are complementary. The SEA provides immediate visibility as long as the budget is running; SEO builds lasting visibility. The best strategy combines the two according to your objectives and your digital maturity. ### [SEO in 2026: how to stay visible when AI answers instead of Google](https://reqst.agency/blog/seo-in-2026-how-to-stay-visible-when-lia-responds-instead-of-google/) > AI Overviews, GEO, zero-click: SEO is changing in 2026. Understand what's changing and how to maintain profitable visibility on Google. Decryption by the agency Reqst. For twenty years, natural referencing has obeyed a simple rule: position yourself well in Google's blue links to recover traffic. This rule is being shattered. With the massive arrival of answers generated by artificial intelligence directly in search results, Internet users now often obtain their answer without ever clicking on a site. For a company, the issue is no longer just to be well ranked: it is to be cited. Deciphering what will really change in 2026 — and what we need to put in place to avoid suffering. What has changed: search becomes an answer engine The upheaval has a name: AI Overviews (summaries generated by AI, formerly “Search Generative Experience”). Concretely, when an Internet user asks a question, Google now displays at the head of the page a synthetic answer written by its artificial intelligence, from the best referenced pages. The user reads the response, and in the majority of cases, does not click on any links. The data speaks for itself. According to several industry analyses, a large proportion of Google searches are now concluded without any click to a third-party site, and this “zero-click” phenomenon intensifies on queries where an AI summary is displayed. The content most affected is purely informative content — definitions, quick comparisons, lists of best practices — precisely those that AI summarizes most easily. The consequence is strategic: organic traffic remains a major acquisition channel, but SEO is no longer measured solely in clicks. It is also measured in citations, brand mentions and assisted conversions. Being the source that the AI picks up becomes as valuable as being in first place. GEO and AEO: the new acronyms to know Faced with this change, two disciplines are emerging alongside traditional SEO. The GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) consists of optimizing your content to be taken up and cited by generative engines - not only Google, but also assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, to which some of the searches migrate. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) refers more specifically to the art of structuring content so that it directly answers users' questions, in a format that machines understand and use. The good news: these approaches do not replace SEO, they extend it. A site that is already technically rigorous and recognized for the quality of its content leaves a head start to appear in the AI responses. Concrete levers to stay visible in 2026 Here's what we really need to work on, in order of priority. 1. Strengthen your authority and credibility (E-E-A-T) Google values experience, expertise, authority and trustworthiness more than ever — what SEOs call E-E-A-T. Concretely: content signed by real experts, verifiable information, cited sources, a brand that exists beyond its site (mentions in the press, customer reviews, networks). The AI draws priority from sources it deems reliable; becoming one of them is the central objective. 2. Produce content that AI wants to cite The days of publishing a lot of generic content to “cast a wide net” are over. In 2026, in-depth, original and genuinely useful content is better than ten superficial articles. Content that provides proprietary data, an expert point of view, a study or concrete feedback is what the engines use — because they cannot be invented by AI alone. 3. Technically structure your pages This is the most underestimated project. Structured data markup (JSON-LD), FAQ pages, clear answers at the start of sections, logical information architecture: all this helps generative engines understand and extract your content. A fast page, perfectly adapted to mobile and technically sound remains a non-negotiable prerequisite. 4. Working on the long tail and intention Short and generic queries are the most “cannibalized” by AI summaries. Long, precise and high-intent queries (often commercial or local) continue to generate clicks and conversions. Targeting these precise intentions is one of the most effective countermeasures. 5. Capitalize on local SEO and branding For an SME, local SEO remains an area where clicks survive: careful Google business profile, customer reviews, geolocated pages. At the same time, building brand awareness — so that people search for you by name — becomes an asset that neither AI nor your competitors can take from you. SEO or SEA: should we arbitrate? With the pressure on organic traffic, some companies are tempted to bet everything on advertising (SEA, Google Ads). This is an error in reasoning. SEA buys immediate visibility but that stops short as soon as the budget is finalized; SEO builds a lasting asset. The two are complementary: the paid one captures hot demand while the organic establishes your authority in the long term. The real question is not “SEO or SEA”, but “what balance according to your objectives and your maturity”. What to remember SEO is not dead in 2026 — it is transforming. Google and AI assistants become answer engines, and the goal shifts from “generate a click” to “be the cited source”. The fundamentals remain valid (quality, technique, authority), but they are enriched with a new requirement: making your content readable, reliable and structured for artificial intelligence. Businesses that adapt now will gain a lasting lead; those who wait will see their visibility erode without always understanding why. This is exactly the work we do at Reqst: auditing, structuring and developing the visibility of our clients so that they remain found — by Internet users and by AI. Want to know where you really stand? Request an audit of your visibility or book a call. Together we establish a clear diagnosis and actionable priorities. Frequently Asked Questions Is SEO dead with the arrival of AI? No. Natural referencing remains one of the most profitable acquisition channels in the long term. It is evolving: the objective is no longer just to be well ranked, but to be cited by the responses generated by AI (AI Overviews, conversational assistants). The fundamentals – quality, technique, authority – remain decisive. What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)? GEO refers to the optimization of content to be taken up and cited by generative engines such as Google's AI Overviews or assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. It extends SEO by adapting the structure and format of content to AI logic. Why is my organic traffic dropping even though my rankings are good? This is the “zero-click” effect: when an AI summary directly answers the question in the results page, the Internet user no longer clicks, even if your site is well positioned. Informational content is the most affected. The solution is to target high-intent queries and become a cited source. Should you choose between SEO and Google advertising (SEA)? No, the two are complementary. The SEA provides immediate visibility as long as the budget is running; SEO builds a lasting asset. The balance depends on your goals, your industry and your digital maturity. How to appear in answers generated by Google's AI? By strengthening the authority of your site (expert content, reliable sources, brand awareness), producing original and in-depth content, and technically structuring your pages (structured data, FAQs, clear answers) so that engines can understand and cite them. ### [Website of a healthcare professional: what you have the right to do (and not to do)](https://reqst.agency/blog/website-of-a-health-professional-what-you-have-the-right-to-do-and-not-to-do/) > Since 2020, healthcare professionals can communicate online, but under strict conditions. What is authorized (and prohibited) for your site in 2026. Guide Reqst. For more than seventy years, the communication of health professionals in France has been governed by a simple principle: “medicine should not be practiced as a business. » All forms of advertising were prohibited. Since the end of 2020, the situation has changed: practitioners can now communicate online, including via a website. But this freedom remains strictly regulated — and the line between authorized information and prohibited promotion remains subtle. Here is what a healthcare professional can, and cannot, do on their site in 2026. Disclaimer. This article is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Regulations evolve and are assessed on a case-by-case basis; have your project validated by your professional order or a specialized council. What has changed since 2020 The turning point dates from Decree No. 2020-1662 of December 22, 2020, which modified the code of ethics and removed the general ban on advertising inherited from 1947. This development was imposed in particular to bring French law into compliance with European law. Concretely, the practitioner is now free to communicate to the public, by any means - including a website - information likely to contribute to the patient's free choice of practitioner: their skills, their professional practices, their background and the conditions of their practice. The relaxation concerns several professions, including doctors, dental surgeons, chiropodists-podiatrists, nurses, midwives and masseurs-physiotherapists. In other words: yes, a health professional can have a real informative site and present his activity. But “informing” is not “trading,” and that’s where the rules come into play. What is allowed on your site You can present your complete professional identity: qualifications, diplomas, specialties, background, and clearly identify yourself as a practitioner. You can describe your practices and the organization of your exercise: schedules, appointment scheduling, office accessibility, languages spoken, means of payment, prices and agreements. You can also disseminate, for educational or public health purposes, scientifically supported information about your discipline — provided you do so with caution and moderation, by dating and sourcing your content, and without presenting unconfirmed hypotheses as granted. This educational dimension is, moreover, excellent for SEO: rigorous content that answers patients' questions is precisely what the engines are looking for. What remains forbidden The framework sets clear limits. Communication must remain loyal and honest. In particular, testimonials from patients or third parties, comparisons with other practitioners or establishments, and any incitement to unnecessary recourse to acts of prevention or care are prohibited. More broadly, anything that comes under commercial promotion — laudatory speeches, flashy promotion, advertising language praising superiority — remains contrary to ethics. The spirit of the text remains: informing the patient to inform their choice, without transforming care into a marketing argument. Reinforced obligations to know Since 2020, several clarifications have been added to strengthen the framework, particularly around the digital universe. The rigor of information is required, with increased “necessary precaution” in communicating to the public, particularly on platforms. Transparency on conflicts of interest is essential: any funding or partnership likely to influence public medical discourse must be declared. Finally, professional secrecy and confidentiality of patient data are extended to digital communications — a major issue with the rise of teleconsultation and online exchanges, which requires technically secure sites that comply with the GDPR. The National Council of the Order of Physicians also published, at the beginning of 2025, a charter establishing principles for responsible online communication (identifying yourself clearly, providing sourced and dated information, exercising caution and moderation, avoiding self-promotion). These recommendations serve as a compass, particularly for practitioners present on social networks. Build a compliant AND effective site Compliance is not the enemy of efficiency — quite the contrary. A site that respects ethics is also a sober, clear and useful site, exactly what patients and search engines expect. In practice, a good health professional site combines several ingredients: a clear and factual presentation of the practitioner and the practice, frictionless practical information (online appointments, access, schedules), reliable educational content on the discipline, hosting and data management compliant with the GDPR (ideally suitable health data hosting when required), and real technical performance (speed, mobile, accessibility). Added to this is careful local referencing, because a patient is first and foremost looking for a practitioner near him. It’s this balance between regulatory rigor and user experience that makes the difference — and this is precisely what we design at Reqst for healthcare stakeholders. In summary Since 2020, a healthcare professional can communicate online and have a real site: present their background, their skills, the conditions of their practice and reliable educational content. But this communication must remain loyal, without testimonials, without comparisons, without incitement or commercial language, and respect reinforced obligations of transparency and confidentiality. Well conducted, it serves both the patient, the ethics and the visibility of the practitioner. Are you a practitioner or healthcare structure and want a site that is both compliant and efficient? Present us your project or book a call — we design health sites combining regulatory rigor and patient experience. frequently asked questions Can a healthcare professional have a website? Yes. Since the decree of December 22, 2020, healthcare professionals can communicate to the public by any means, including a website, about their skills, their background and the conditions of their practice — provided they respect ethical obligations. Can a doctor advertise since 2020? Advertising in the commercial sense remains regulated and largely prohibited. What is authorized is loyal and honest “professional communication”: providing information to inform the patient’s choice, without testimonials, without comparisons with other practitioners and without inciting unnecessary care. What is prohibited on a practitioner's site? Patient testimonials, comparisons with other professionals or establishments, incitement to unnecessary use of care, as well as any promotional or laudatory speech of a commercial nature. What are the obligations for a health site in terms of data? Professional secrecy and confidentiality extend to digital communications. The site must comply with the GDPR and, when health data is concerned, rely on suitable and secure hosting. ### [Website redesign: how to modernize without losing your SEO](https://reqst.agency/blog/website-redesign-how-to-modernize-without-losing-your-seo/) > A site redesign can cause your Google traffic to drop if it is poorly prepared. Steps to redesign without losing your SEO. The agency guide Reqst. Redesigning your site is often a good decision: dated design, slowness, poor mobile experience, end-of-life technology... there are plenty of reasons. But a poorly prepared redesign can have a dreaded consequence: a sudden drop in traffic from Google, sometimes by 30, 50 or even 70%. Months, even years of patiently built SEO can evaporate overnight. The good news: this disaster is completely preventable. Here's how to redesign your site while preserving — and even strengthening — your SEO. Why a redesign often causes traffic to drop To understand how to protect your SEO, you need to understand what breaks it. Google has referenced your site as it exists: its addresses (URL), its structure, its content, its popularity accumulated over the years. A redesign often changes all of this at once. The causes of falls are almost always the same. The URLs change without being redirected: Google is faced with hundreds of pages that cannot be found (404 errors), and the authority of these pages goes up in smoke. content disappears: we take advantage of the redesign to “clean up” and we delete, without knowing it, pages that were generating traffic. The technical structure is deteriorating: tags poorly copied, structured data forgotten, site slower than before. Finally, the new site is sometimes blocked from indexing by mistake — a development setting left in place that makes the site invisible to Google. The golden rule: prepare everything before going live A successful SEO overhaul is 80% done before the switch. Haste is the enemy; the method is the ally. 1. Map the existing Before touching anything, take a complete inventory of the current site: all the URLs, the pages that generate traffic and conversions, the keywords on which you are positioned, the pages that receive external links (your most precious capital). This initial photograph is the basis of everything: we only protect what we have identified. 2. Preserve what works Redesign is not a reason to throw out what works. Successful content should be retained (and improved, not deleted). Ideally, we also keep existing URLs when possible — it's the safest way to not lose anything. 3. Prepare the redirection plan This is the most critical step when URLs change. Each old address must be redirected, via a permanent redirection (301), to the new equivalent page. This redirection plan transfers the accumulated authority to the new pages and avoids 404 errors. A redesign without a rigorous redirection plan is the number one cause of SEO disaster. 4. Take care of the technology of the new site The new site must be at least as solid as the old one on a technical level: title and meta tags taken over and optimized, structured data in place, loading speed, impeccable mobile adaptation, and – vitally – check that the site is not blocked from indexing before going online. On the day it goes live and after The switch does not mark the end of the work, but the beginning of a monitoring phase. As soon as it goes live, we check that the redirections work, that the site is indexable, and we submit the new sitemap to Google via Search Console. In the weeks that follow, we closely monitor the indicators: error pages, traffic trends, positions on key keywords. A slight fluctuation is normal while Google “redigests” the new site; a lasting drop signals a problem that needs to be corrected quickly — hence the importance of careful monitoring in the first weeks. Redesign, an opportunity more than a risk Done well, a redesign not only preserves SEO: it improves it. This is an opportunity to fix a wonky structure, speed up a slow site, make the mobile experience flawless, and add the structured data that now matters to appear in rich results and AI-generated responses. A faster, better structured and more relevant site generally ends up ranking better than before. The risk is therefore not in the redesign itself, but in the improvised redesign. With a rigorous method, you win on all counts. In summary A site redesign causes traffic to drop when it neglects SEO: non-redirected URLs, deleted content, degraded technique, blocked indexing. Prevention comes down to a few principles: map what already exists, preserve what works, build a rigorous 301 redirection plan, take care of the technology of the new site, then closely monitor everything after it goes online. Carried out in this way, a redesign becomes an opportunity to sustainably improve your visibility. At Reqst, we design next-generation sites by integrating SEO from the first line of the project — so that the redesign serves your growth, not the other way around. Are you considering redesigning your site? Tell us about your project or book a call — we secure your SEO at each stage of the redesign. frequently asked questions Does a site redesign cause you to lose SEO? It can if it is poorly prepared: URLs changed without redirection, high-performance content deleted, degraded technique or site blocked from indexing. With a rigorous method (mapping, 301 redirects, monitoring), the redesign preserves and on the contrary improves SEO. What is a 301 redirect and why is it important? A 301 redirect is a permanent redirect that sends an old address to the new equivalent page. It avoids 404 errors and transfers the authority that the old page had accumulated to the new page — this is the key to not losing traffic when changing the URL. How long after a redesign does traffic stabilize? Slight fluctuations are normal for a few weeks while Google re-indexes the new site. A lasting drop beyond this indicates a problem (missing redirections, blocked indexing) to be corrected without delay, hence the importance of close monitoring after going online. How to redesign a site without losing Google traffic? By preparing everything before the switch: complete inventory of URLs and high-performance pages, conservation of content that works, 301 redirection plan, recovery of tags and structured data, verification of indexing, then monitoring via Search Console after going live. --- ## Cases — Contenu complet ### [Elise Jaubert](https://reqst.agency/projects/elise-jaubert/) > How we digitized the Full Service universe of Elise Jaubert. An elegant custom one-page that structures a multifaceted offer: consulting, branding, and olfactory signature. Creating a landing page or one-page website for Élise Jaubert The website of Élise Jaubert stands out with a high-end "creative studio" aesthetic, where graphic minimalism serves as a framework for a multidisciplinary approach combining photography, branding, and lifestyle. The airy and modern layout, punctuated by smooth scrolling and elegant typography, highlights sensitive portraits and collaborations with renowned brands (Balzac Paris, Sélection M, etc.). More than just a portfolio, this one-page site embodies a strong and coherent visual identity, perfectly reflecting the creator's positioning: a subtle balance between artistic intuition, brand strategy, and authenticity. On a One-Page, the risk is having a boring "infinite scroll". Here, the alternation of sections and the clear hierarchy of titles rekindle interest. The user quickly understands they can see everything at a glance. Customer journey optimization, advanced search filters, and conversion strategy. Magento 2 E-commerce for Trésors de Bacchus! Our agency orchestrated the digital transformation of Vignobles Villebois, a historic player in the Loire Valley. At the heart of this strategy: the redesign of Trésors de Bacchus, a high-performance e-commerce platform built on Magento, designed to maximize SEO and streamline the purchasing journey. To support this commercial ambition, we also rethought the entire visual identity (brand guidelines and social media). The result is a coherent and modern brand image, aligned with the excellence of their wines, which boosts conversion and accelerates direct sales growth. The Trésors de Bacchus website is technically solid and graphically reassuring. Its greatest asset is successfully demystifying wine purchases through intelligent technical choices (taste filters) and graphic elements (aromatic tags), making the offer accessible to both enlightened enthusiasts and beginners. Faceted Search Engine (Filters): The filtering system is very comprehensive. Beyond the classics (Color, Region, Price), the site allows filtering by "Food/Wine Pairing" (Barbecue, Aperitif...) and by "Palate Profile" (Fresh, Fruity, Powerful...). It's technically well implemented to guide a novice. Real-Time Multi-Location Stock Management: On the product page, the site displays available stock not only for online sales, but also in their physical stores (St-Aignan, Sancerre, etc.). It's a technically complex but very useful "Omnichannel" feature for "Click & Collect". Dynamic Volume Pricing: The add-to-cart module automatically offers prices for 1, 3, 6, 12 bottles, encouraging bulk purchases. The interface updates the unit price instantly, which is smooth for the user. A web experience combining Flemish tradition and direct sales performance for a historic brewery. Brewer of Flanders Located in French Flanders, the 3 Monts Brewery is a family institution. Brewers from father to son since 1920, they put their passion and authenticity at the service of a range of character beers. This tradition is found in each of their creations, from the 3 Monts beer to distinctive brands like Houthakker, Du Moulins and Héritage. Successful collaboration since 2018 Our collaboration with the 3 Monts Brewery began in 2018, with the mission to promote all its brands on the web. For this family brewery that also produces Houthakker, Du Moulin and Héritage beers, the objective was twofold: strengthen the visibility of each brand while creating a direct and unified sales channel for all their production. This project recently reached a major milestone. To accompany the brewery's new brand guidelines and new packaging, we carried out a complete redesign of their e-commerce platform. The site doesn't just sell beer, it sells "Flanders". The emphasis on family history ("4 generations", "since 1920") and geographical origins creates a strong emotional connection with visitors from the homepage. The "Cooking in harmony with beer" section is an excellent graphic and editorial feature. It inspires users, extends their visit and anchors the brand in a lifestyle, not just consumption. The site clearly announces the rules from the start (e.g., "purchase available from 6 pieces" for bottles), avoiding frustration at checkout. It's a very successful "hybrid" site. It manages to maintain the soul of a traditional family brewery while offering a modern and secure shopping experience, worthy of current e-commerce standards. A 100% custom, performant and fully manageable WooCommerce online store for managing a complex furniture catalog. E-commerce redesign under WooCommerce for Sélection M Based in Magny-en-Vexin, Sélection M is an online store specializing in vintage decoration and furniture. Run by Marine Vanderveken, this family business also organizes pop-up sales in Lille and Paris. We were approached by recommendation for the redesign of their e-commerce. The objective was to optimize performance, improve visibility and strengthen the professional character of the online store. This site is an excellent example of "Quiet Luxury" applied to the web: everything seems simple and refined, but the machinery behind it (Custom WooCommerce + Complex Logistics) is robust. Far from a standard template, the site meets the specific constraints of high-end decoration and furniture (heavy logistics, hybrid stock management). The site technically manages two types of flows: new products (with recurring stock) and unique vintage pieces ("I hunt for you"). WooCommerce has been adapted to handle these stock statuses and differentiated displays without losing the user. A strong technical point to highlight is the "custom" shipping cost management for bulky products (furniture) versus small items (decoration). The cart automatically distinguishes products eligible for standard shipping (Colissimo/Mondial Relay) from those requiring a quote or special delivery, avoiding margin losses on logistics. The integration of sections dedicated to professionals ("M Business") shows that the site is also a qualified lead acquisition tool for interior design projects, not just retail. The success of this project lies in the synergy between flawless technical development (optimized Core Web Vitals, healthy structure) and our acquisition strategy. The site's speed and UX clarity maximized the Quality Score of our Google Ads campaigns (lower CPC) and sustainably positioned the brand on competitive SEO keywords (+20% traffic). In respect of winemaking tradition, they evolve as ambassadors of Loire wines. Creating a website representative of the brand and label: Les Vignobles Villebois. The objective set for this project; compose an elegant yet accessible showcase, to transmit and inform their customers; about the history, values, properties and approach of Les Vignobles Villebois. The lesvignoblesvillebois.fr site acts as the flagship of a fleet of estates. The technical challenge is to centralize the brand image while distributing traffic. The site is designed to present the group (Joost de Villebois) and intelligently redirect to satellite sites of specific estates (Fournier Père & Fils, Domaine de St Romble, etc.) or physical/online stores (Trésors de Bacchus). It's an ideal structure for internal SEO linking. The menu and page structure ("A journey along the Loire", "A unique grape variety") stage the discovery. You don't navigate a technical catalog, you follow the Loire's path. Although each estate has its identity, the Villebois site imposes a "Mother" graphic charter that ensures the user always knows they are in the Villebois family universe, regardless of which estate they visit. More than a service provider, we are the group's historic digital partner. Our challenge: design a website that converts visitors into patients, encouraging them to book appointments directly online. A major challenge, given the innovative nature of the treatment and the sensitivity of the subject. For this, the site offers an intuitive user experience in four languages, allowing users to locate the nearest center in France, Spain or Italy. We implemented targeted communication campaigns by country and city, both on Google and social networks. Faced with the Pelvii network's ambition to open around ten new centers each year, our commitment is to support them long-term by evolving their digital ecosystem to support their growth. A high-performance WooCommerce built for wine-specific needs (vintages, shipping) and wine tourism. Winemaker in Sancerre since 1860 Eric, Sophie and their team, winemakers in Sancerre, wanted a website that reflects their work, artisanal and unpretentious, a universe between sky and earth, that showcases nature and dreams. The project for Domaine Eric Louis aimed to present their universe, their productions and transmit the love of their craft and daily life. While offering the estate wines for sale, proposing wine tourism activities for booking and telling the story of their estate. The visual identity breathes terroir and authenticity, while remaining very modern. The web design succeeds in making two distinct offers coexist without losing the user: Wine purchase (Store), The experience (Wine tourism & Cottage). The navigation clearly separates these universes while keeping a unified graphic charter. Unlike a cold Amazon listing, the product pages (probably custom templates) highlight wine specificities: food/wine pairings, aging potential, grape variety. The layout is airy, encouraging reading and discovery. WooCommerce was revisited to adapt to wine. Custom attributes (Vintages, Appellations, Containers) can be spotted that allow relevant search filters for a wine enthusiast. The internal linking between "Terroir" and "Products" pages is excellent for SEO, pushing product pages via rich semantic content. A fully manageable solution designed to centralize the city of Nevers cultural agenda. Culture Nevers is the web portal that centralizes and highlights all cultural life in the city of Nevers. Culture Nevers brings together a complete calendar of cultural events (shows, concerts, exhibitions, workshops, festivals, etc.) and practical information about the main cultural facilities of the city, such as the Maison de la Culture, the Theatre, the Faience Museum or the media libraries. The Culture Nevers portal is a comprehensive event platform that centralizes all the artistic vitality of the ducal city, offering residents and visitors simplified access to the calendar of shows, exhibitions and festivals. Through a modern and colorful interface, the site structures an abundant offer by audiences and themes, while highlighting the city's flagship institutions such as its theater, media library or museum. The site is not an "empty shell" that needs to be filled manually. It is connected via API to the Open Agenda platform. This means that a single entry is enough to broadcast information on the city website, the culture site, and third-party applications. It's an enormous time saver for territorial agents. Thanks to this data structuring, the site offers a powerful search engine ("What are you looking for?"). Users can filter by: Date (This weekend, this month), Type (Concert, Exhibition, Cinema) and Audience (Kids, Teens, All audiences). Graphically, the "Our favorites for kids" or "Teens" blocks allow quick guidance for families. It's an excellent UX (User Experience) practice for a local authority. Each venue (The House, the Museum, etc.) benefits from its own highlighting, reinforcing the identity of each structure while keeping them under the common "Nevers Agglomération" banner. The integration of Ticketing with direct access in the menu is a strong ergonomic choice that promotes filling the venues.
